Due to the presence of AI-generated adult content, users must be 18 years of age or older (or the legal age in their jurisdiction) to access our services. We are committed to ensuring that adult content on our APP is not accessible to or exploited by minors.

• **Age Gate:** When initiating the registration process, users are presented with a prominent disclaimer, stating the 18+ age requirement and the nature of AI-generated content on our platform.

2. Content Responsibility

As a user, the content generated by AI Companions (text, voice, images, videos) is your responsibility. You must ensure your interactions with the AI Companions adhere to all laws, regulations, and our Terms and Policies (especially our Blocked Content Policy). Engaging in any illegal, unethical, or harmful activity through the APP is strictly prohibited. This includes any content that exploits, endangers, or resembles minors.

3. Content Moderation

To maintain user safety, we employ a content moderation filter powered by our proprietary technology. This filter helps us enforce the Underage Policy and the Blocked Content Policy. We reserve the right to review any flagged content manually and take appropriate action, potentially including account termination.

4. Content Removal

Content deemed in violation of our policies will be removed swiftly.
